MAFFA Basketball League (MBL) was established to provide athletes and non-athletes, alike with an opportunity to participate in quality men,women and coed basketball leagues and tournaments. Whether you have a existing, new or seasoned team we have a league for you. If you don't have a team, we will be happy to create one for you. Free Agents are always welcomed. With multiple divisions, and 2 officials on every court, you'll experience the RUSH and pressure of a big time competition every time you step on the court!

The MBL Basketball Division coordinates adult basketball leagues. We have 4 seasons per year. We operate leagues in Gwinett, Fulton and Cobb counties. This also includes several mini seasons and open tournaments. The minimum age for basketball is 18 years old. The current fee for adult basketball is $350.00 per new team (due upon registration), individual or free individual team placement is $65. Each game has officials fees (which includes 2 referees and a scorekeeper) paid on the court at the time of play usually $4-5pp/pg depending on the size of the team. Teams may have to qualify playoffs. Awards for 1st place. All winners may represent their team in citywide tourney format.

MBL offers men’s , women, church, corporate and Co-Recreational Divisions. Teams may request specific league placement. Minimum registration is required in each division and league. For weekend and weeknight league game times, check the schedule info online. Current gym locations range from Gwinnett, Cobb, Dekalb, Rockdale and Fulton Counties. See you on the court!

MAFFA BASKETBALL LEAGUE (MBL)

We always have a league forming you can be a part of.

Men, Women and Coed Basketball in the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer seasons. In order to accommodate a variety of schedules, there are leagues forming in Fulton, Gwinnett, Clayton, Dekalb and more running Saturday and Sunday morning, afternoons and evenings, as well as evenings during the week.

Basketball seasons are 7 weeks long with an additional 2 weeks of playoffs for the top teams. Depending on your regular season record and tie-breakers, the bottom few seeds often do not qualify for the playoffs. Specific rules for each league are available once your team has registered. Our Basketball Leagues accepts new teams and free agents(individual sign-ups). If you don't have a team we will create one for you.

Basketball sign up is open to Teams and Individuals.

Teams $495
The Captain should sign up on behalf of a full team. Credit card info will be required at the time of sign up to reserve the team's spot in the league, though NO charge or hold will be placed on the card at that time. For certain leagues, there may be a small deposit required depending on the league. Captain's will be able to build their roster and invite players at that time, or later via their Captain's Lounge page. Roster limit for Basketball teams is 10 players.

Individuals $75
Individuals and small groups of friends not already part of a full team should use this option. If part of a group, please note all of your friends in the "Players to be Teamed With" box during the sign-up process.
